Publicado originalmente en 1991 por Strive Records (subsello de X-Mist Records), el LP de Nations On Fire "Strike the Match" se convirtió en uno de los mejores y más inspiradores álbumes de la década. Este material de gran sonido se grabó en los estudios Metropool de Holanda y en Westbeach Recorders de California (el estudio de Bad Religion!). En este LP, Nations On Fire consiguió capturar los mejores elementos del Hardcore actual de los EE.UU., junto con la agresividad, la energía y la conciencia política de las bandas europeas de los '80.
