Live By The Sword is a new Dutch/American band featuring singer Erick Barnes (Strong Arm And The Bullies) and Wouter Davids (Razorblade, Rebellion Records). This EP only contain two songs: "L.B.T.S." and "Soldiers" and they sound good, fronted by the distinctive voice of Erick. "LBTS" has a good rocking vibe and a punky opening riff while ‘Soldiers’ is a more mid tempo track with an 80s Oi! Vibe. If I have to categorize Live By The Sword musically, I would describe it as a great blend of 80s Oi! and 70s punk with a healthy dose of skinhead pub rock and roll. 2 tracks!
